Start with a pilot. Grow when it works.

Two or three seats are enough to run a real lesson with one small group. Add seats as the program grows — prorated, no new contract.

A seat is one concurrent use, on a headset or a computer. Pairing a headset uses one seat. When every seat is in use, pairing another headset simply asks you to add a seat first, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

Teacher Mode runs the room.

From a laptop or tablet, open the teacher guide and choose Present. Headsets set to Teacher Control follow the lesson — the current slide, then play, pause, and the next site — so the class stays together and the discussion starts the moment the headsets come off.

Everything the teacher needs

  • Teacher guide for every trip: background, discussion questions, and connections
  • Slide decks to project while headsets are off
  • Printable study guides for every lesson
  • Lesson plans sized for a class period or a small-group hour
  • The same videos on the web for prep and for students who missed class

Most groups run their first lesson within a couple of weeks of ordering.

Using immersive video and context-rich lessons, we transport groups to far off destinations to experience the Bible where the Bible happened.

Here's what participants and leaders are saying:

"When we learn from the videos and then re-read Scripture, the word pictures took on an amazing new meaning and understanding!"

"A wonderful opportunity for those who cannot or don't wish to travel to this region."

Erin Grush

Erin Grush — Educator
Rev Arthur Watson

"With guided VR videos, we don't just read a story. We stand in the middle of it. These immersive experiences enrich and deepen the faith of my congregation."

Rev Arthur Watson — Pastor

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Headsets are paired to your organization's membership, not to individual students. Nobody signs up for anything, and no student names or emails are collected on the headsets.

Bring your own Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest Pro. Download the VR Study Trips app and sideload it. Or add VR-ready headsets to your order. We install the app before they ship; they arrive charged and paired, and are yours to keep.

Pair them in Teacher Control, open the teacher guide, and choose Present. Select the headsets that should follow. They load each slide with you, and you play, pause, and move to the next site for that group. Step by step.

A typical session runs about an hour: a short introduction, 15–20 minutes in the headsets, then discussion using the guide. Retreat formats with several lessons in a day work well too.

Most groups rotate: half the room in headsets while the other half works from the slides and guide, then swap. Every lesson is also viewable on laptops, tablets, and phones for students who need an alternative.

Enough for everyone to sit and turn to look around. The videos surround the viewer and the lessons encourage looking in every direction, but nobody needs to stand or walk.

Yes for 10 or more seats: request a quote and we set up invoicing. Smaller groups can start online with a card in a few minutes.

Cancel any time from your account. You keep access through the end of the paid year, and the membership carries a 14-day money-back guarantee when you start. Headsets you bought are yours regardless.

In some areas, yes. Choose "Host a Teacher-Led Event" above and tell us where you are; we will let you know what is possible.
