There are several options for hosting a virtual study trip:

We provide you with digital resources to teach a virtual study trip on your own, including presentation slides, printable handouts, and video links. Everything in self-host plus we provide teaching and technology support (VR headsets included). You promote and provide the space and we take care of the rest, from teaching to technology.

  1. Fill out this form to start the conversation.
  2. Together, we define the event location and class size, select the curriculum, identify the teacher, and schedule the class sessions
  3. An event link is created for participants to reserve their seat on the trip
  4. For each session/day of the trip, participants meet (in-person or virtually) and are guided through the curriculum by the teacher
  5. A session usually runs 1.5 hours with 30 minutes of setup and clean up:
    • Room setup (30min)
    • Introduction to the topic and context (15min)
    • Watch the 360-degree 3D video lessons using our VR headsets or 3D glasses (15min)
    • Review and discuss insights from the lesson (15min)
    • Group discussion (30min)
    • Personal reflection questions (10min)
    • Dismissal (5min)
    • Room cleanup (30min)
